PRICES
• Do prices shown at a specific article include a delivery fee?
No, they do not. The prices shown next to particular products
give only the value of these products. A delivery fee is added to the total
amount of every order. It is worth noticing, however, that the bigger the
value of an order, the smaller the payment rate for delivery. The complete

• Do the prices shown include VAT?
No, they do not. The prices shown next to products are net
prices, so 22% of a particular price should be added to it in order to obtain
the price including VAT.
UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS
• After submitting an order I received information
that the ordered product is not available. What does this mean?
The product offer (catalogue) is based largely on the
information we obtain from the cooperating suppliers. We constantly update
the list of available products. Nonetheless, there can be a case, that a
product marked by us as available is actually out of stock of our supplier
(of which they have not managed to inform us in time). In such cases we
always notify about any changes to the order by e-mail, asking for acceptance
of the order without the unavailable products.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
• Why do I have to confirm my order?
The confirmation of the order allows us to finally accept
and start to process the order. The order can be confirmed in two ways:
by e-mail (a message from us with the request of confirmation of the order
is generated automatically upon receiving an order, provided the e-mail
address of the ordering party was given) or by phone within 5 days from the
date of placing an order. In case an order is not confirmed within this
period, it is automatically deleted from the orders awaiting for processing.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
• How long do I have to wait for the ordered products?
We kindly ask you to keep in mind, that the time after which
the products reach the client equals order confirmation time + time for
preparing the products for dispatch + delivery time (which itself ranges
from 7 to 14 weekdays)
• Can I check the status of my order?
We inform you about the status once, by sending an e-mail
message to you when the order has been dispatched. If you would like to
obtain more information concerning the status of your order, feel

CHANGES TO ORDERS
• Is there a possibility of combining two
consecutive orders for dispatch?
Unless the first order has been sent out before we get the
second, and if you will make a request of combining both of the orders,
we send them accordingly to your request in one package (the postal fee is
payable only for one parcel). You should keep in mind, however, that the
delivery time will grow adequately, as the package will be dispatched only
when the second order is assembled and ready.
• Can a change be made to an order which is already submitted?
We cannot make any changes to an order already submitted.
If there is a mistake in an order, you should cancel the order by an e-mail.
Then you can place the correct order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERING
• Can I place an order to be delivered abroad?
No. Currently there is no possibility of placing
orders for dispatch abroad.
